Common Questions
How far can it go on one charge?
Up to 60 miles under ideal conditions (flat terrain, lighter rider, moderate speed). Typical real-world range is 45 miles depending on terrain, rider weight, and speed mode — still the longest range in its class.
How long does it take to charge?
7–8 hours for a full charge with the included standard charger. We recommend charging overnight. The battery includes built-in overcharge protection so it's completely safe to leave plugged in.
How difficult is it to assemble?
About 30 minutes. The bike ships approximately 90% pre-assembled — you mainly attach the handlebars, front fender, and mirrors. All tools are included, along with a step-by-step instruction manual and a setup video link.

The bike comes well packaged. It is very easy to assemble. Takes about 30 minutes to put together. Well built and is very good quality. It is a smooth ride and tops out around 25 mph depending on the weight of the driver. Battery life seems to be pretty good. It was a good buy.

Wow, what can I say? This bike is super fast, well built and easy to assemble. Lots of power while on battery and the battery last a long time! There are a few things I would change, you can��t turn off the auto cruse control and you can��t lock the speed settings. But other than those 2 things it is fantastic. Now I didn��t buy the e-bike for me, but It pulls my 260 lbs around real nice. My 8 year old grand daughter really likes her new e-bike!
This is my first e-bike and it��s awesome so far. I have it for almost a month now. No issues so far and it runs well. Easy set up if you watch the YouTube tutorial. Bright headlight, comfortable seat, sturdy bike, easy to drive or peddle. It��s a bit heavy though, but not a problem for me. It makes me look cool riding this e-bike!

I really like the bike and its pretty fast all though I have just one problem on the caption it said hydro brakes but it came with cable and the cable brakes are pretty weak and not very durable but other than that I love the bike and the motors fine I love the display and the tires it's a good bike overall it has good battery life up to about 7 hours I love the quality the speed is 26mph but it's still pretty fast and I love the bike it took just 5 minutes to assemble

great bike to ride
I bought this bike for my ten year old who is under 5ft. He can ride it fine but has to have one foot set on the ground and tip the bike while he swings his leg over it to mount the bike. He's not tall enough to sit the bike and have both feet planted. Same technique for getting off. Takes some practice but they learn quick.The bike itself is a beast. It weighs 77 lbs of iron and has a real comfy seat with study shock absorbers on the back wheel. The bike can quickly get up to 25 mph easy without any pedaling. In fact the bike is not really for pedaling but more for riding like a motorcycle with just the throttle. It has a sturdy dual break system with metal discs and brake clamps. The bike is still good for pedaling on flat surfaces with pedal assist on. Pedal assist has 5 levels of power which can be toggled from a small lcd screen mounted on the front handle bar which is very easy to use.Assembly was pretty easy and no real issues besides having to flip the tire because I had the rotation arrow pointing backwards. Easy to miss so be careful on that part.I am happy with the purchase and so is my kid! In fact I am 5'8" (165lbs) and enjoy cruising around with it.
Totally happy with this ebike. It came well packaged and arrived in excellent condition. It was mostly assembled and took only about 15-20 minutes to assemble. The big tires are cool and my son loves the way it rides. Its also durable and not as heavy feeling as I thought it would be. Perfect for a 9 year old.
