How far can it go on one charge?
Up to 65 miles under ideal conditions (flat terrain, lighter rider, moderate speed). Typical real-world range is 45–55 miles depending on terrain, rider weight, and speed mode — still the longest range in its class.
How long does it take to charge?
5–6 hours for a full charge with the included standard charger. We recommend charging overnight. The battery includes built-in overcharge protection so it's completely safe to leave plugged in.
How difficult is it to assemble?
About 30 minutes. The bike ships approximately 90% pre-assembled — you mainly attach the handlebars, front fender, and mirrors. All tools are included, along with a step-by-step instruction manual and a setup video link.

Just got this bike it seems well made. I compared it to a much more expensive brand and it seems to match for so much less $$$! So far Im very pleased!

Easy to assemble and fun to ride with a slick looking!
I LOVE this bike! Easy to get on and off. Easy to operate. Tops out at 22 mph. Extremely smooth ride. Charge time is as described, approximately 5 hours. Went 22 miles and only dropped 2 bars on the battery. Easily could have done another 20 miles before running out of battery. Gears are easy to operate. Brakes stop on a dime. Purple color is amazing! Bike rack came with it. It was a little tough to install, but we figured it out. Bike itself was easy to assemble, as it was just the front wheel and handlebars. A little weighty at over 60 lbs. But overall a fantastic bike for a fantastic price. I highly recommend!
I have had this Ebike now for a full month. I am still learning and figuring it out. There are a few things I would like to point out/mention that I have noticed/learned.The instructions and putting together isn't the easiest, but it's also not completely difficult. In fact, the Bike came partially together and the video helped in some areas as well.However, I was disappointed that the display screen arrived slightly damaged. But thankful the screen still worked. I am not sure what the waiting time would be like going through warranty. But from my siblings experiences with other companies; it could take weeks if not months. So I rode it as is.The bike was a lot bigger and heavier than I was anticipating. But it did outdo my expectations for speed. It says can get up to 28 mph. But I have reached speeds up to 28 mph. I am on the bigger side, so it was important to have a bike with a good max weight amount. With that being said, it is best to use pedal assist to get the max miles per charge. It also matters the terrain; as going uphill or in an incline takes alot more energy from the battery.The horn is perfectly loud and the lights are bright. But I still went ahead and bought reflective tape for night riding and a mirror for additional safety.Lastly, make sure to look up your local EBike road rules/laws.Have fun and Enjoy the ride!Not included with bike: (Mirror, phone holder, speaker, reflective tape or basket).

Alexis says the battery is not removable. But the battery is removable. This may keep people away from buying this product. That's why I'm writing this review.
I bought this Z20 specifically for my daily commute, and it has exceeded every expectation. The ride is incredibly comfortable thanks to the dual suspension and fat tires �� I breeze over potholes and rough pavement without feeling a thing. The battery life is outstanding; I've been riding 15 miles round-trip for four days straight and still had plenty of juice left. No range anxiety whatsoever. And the center-mounted color display? Absolute perfection. It's bright, crisp, and easy to read even in direct sunlight, with all my key data �� speed, battery level, pedal assist mode, and distance �� right in the center where I can glance at it naturally. It makes monitoring my ride feel intuitive and premium. Between the long-range battery, plush ride quality, and that gorgeous display, this e-bike has made my commute genuinely enjoyable. Best purchase I've made all year.
The folding mechanism on this HOPEPEAK Z20 e-bike is brilliantly designed. It folds down to a compact size that fits effortlessly in the trunk of my small sedan �� no need for a bulky bike rack. I take it with me on weekend trips and store it in the corner of my apartment when I'm home, and it barely takes up any space. The folding process itself is smooth and tool-free, which means I can collapse it in seconds. If you're short on storage or want a bike that travels as easily as you do, this is the one. It's the most portable e-bike I've ever owned, and I couldn't be happier with the convenience.
This bike is so fun to ride. Best bang for your buck. With full suspension and the ability to fold and it��s priced very competitive with higher end bikes with less features. I did alot of research comparing other bikes and this one was the best for me.
I've ridden plenty of e-bikes with front suspension only, and let me tell you �� the dual suspension on this HOPEPEAK Z20 is a total game changer. The front fork and rear shock work together to absorb bumps, potholes, and rough terrain that would rattle a single-suspension bike to pieces. And paired with the 20" �� 3.0" fat tires, this thing glides over gravel, grass, dirt trails, and even light sand with incredible stability and comfort. It's like riding on a cloud compared to my old single-suspension e-bike.
